We have been installing NEFF appliances for over 10 years and have been a NEFF MASTER PARTNER for 3 years. We really know the products as we install several hundred NEFF appliances each year as part of our kitchen installation business. We have 100% confidence in their quality, reliability and durability and as highly experienced Kitchen Specialists and NEFF Master Partners we can offer you something others can't. Most if not all internet retailers of domestic electrical products may offer Neff as just one manufacturer out of 20 or so that  they have in their product portfolio but know nothing about. A bit of a jack-of-all-trades but master of none scenario. JRW however are able to provide you with experience, advice and first hand knowledge of the products from an installation and initial   commissioning perspective. We'll also make sure you are not ordering a product that is unsuitable for you and won't fit your particular kitchen by asking a couple of simple questions when you order a certain product type. We are not trying to tell you what to buy. We just don't want you ordering a build under oven for a tall housing, a microwave that's too deep if you want it to fit into a wall unit, a 70cm hob if you only have a 60cm wide integrated hood, maybe a dishwasher that's too tall to fit under your worktops or a build under fridge that you want to site at eye level.  Obvious stuff you may say, but easy to get wrong if you are not fully conversant with fitted appliance terminology. We may be able to save you the hassle and expense of exchanging it. It saves us time as well by selling you the correct product first time. We do not claim to know everything there is to know about Neff but if we don't have the answer to hand when you call then we will certainly " phone a friend " and get that answer to you within the hour.

 Whether these appliances form part of a kitchen we are fitting or are being sold to you to install yourself, our service is and for 32 years has been, second to none. You won't find our Neff prices online but don't be put off by that as a quick call or an e-mail will, we have no doubt, leave you very pleasantly surprised at how competitive we are. You never know we might even be less expensive than the other big domestic appliance internet retailers. If you have a question, we have the answer.
